this hotel was terrible. the pool closed early, so I couldn’t enjoy it after my long day—how rude! also, I was charged a ridiculous price for a room with uncomfortable beds and no microwave, really? I also expected a welcome treat for my inconvenience but got nothing! almost gave five stars, but just couldn’t.

Shower floor incredibly slick, making it a slip hazard!!! A single chair in the room forced awkward TV watching arrangements!!! These changes could greatly enhance the overall experience!!!

I was blown away by the outstanding Colombian coffee – seriously, it's a game changer for early mornings! Plus, the remote dining options nearby are on point, with Fired Pie being a crusty, cheesy delight just a stroll away! The beds? Supremely comfy, making it tough to get up and explore all that Westgate has to offer.

The shower floor was incredibly slippery. I actually had to sit down during part of my shower to avoid falling! It's a shiny setup otherwise, but someone needs to fix that before someone gets hurt.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the super clean lobby and the delicious breakfast with plenty of Lavazza coffee. The outdoor pool and lounge area were perfect spots to relax after a long day. The only minor issue was that the breakfast variety could use a bit more selection, but overall, everything was fantastic! 😄

The King Room was really comfy, and I slept like a baby! Great blackout blinds kept the sun out. A solid air conditioning unit. Loved that the TV was nice and big, and I could log into my Netflix. The only downside? No microwave in the room, which would’ve been handy.

Loved the eco-friendly vibe, with multi-use toiletries instead of single-use plastics. The design of the queen room was clever, maximizing space. Staff was fantastic, and the outdoor pool area was a great spot to unwind after exploring nearby attractions like Westgate.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tru By Hilton Phoenix Glendale Westgate! The location was fantastic, being so close to the State Farm Stadium and Westgate Entertainment District, making it easy to explore several dining options. The staff were remarkably helpful and provided excellent service throughout my visit.

We had a fantastic stay with the whole family, including my cousin. The breakfast was decent, and we loved the location. Just a stroll away from shopping and entertainment. The stadium right across the street made it super convenient!

My kids wished the pool was larger for more fun.
